I adore my Blue Jays. ..well they are not Mine..they are my friends, although at the moment I have but one and she just introduced her 3 little ones. I don't know where her mate went..ir how. But, because some did not care for ducks and squirrels etc..they apparently put poison down. I do not know. I only saw one squirrel months ago and she has left. We live on water so wildlife was abundant. It took only a few to decide they didnt like them and I watched my friends slowly go away. But the ducks..rather quickly. The Jays "police" the neighborhood. I would hear them calling. And I heard recently that that "noise" irritated some. Imagine! I see wildlife on Instagram now and look forward to momma Jay's visit with her young ones. Oh! And my friend Charlie Crow came visiting recently. Lifted my day. Why do people kill wildlife? Ill never know. 💙😢
