I feel innocently accused. Cutting my bread lame blade like this makes it sharper and more precise to score sourdough with. I had my camera all set up perfectly framed, etc then I realized I needed to still cut my blade. I proceed to cut it, overtop my loaf and get called the rage bait queen. While I’m honored at the title, I’m not sure it’s fair. @grimillyy There will be some tiny little shard that are breaking off when you snap it, these tiny shards could get inhaled whilst eating and cause some pretty bad irritation/injury to your lungs/throat/insides
