Stay cool the healthy way 🥥❄️ Make this ice apple shake now Here’s how I made them: Cut the ice apples and chop some into small pieces. In a blender, add coconut water and 2–3 whole ice apple pieces. Blend until it becomes smooth and slightly jelly-like. In a glass, add ice, chopped ice apple pieces, a pinch of black salt and some lime juice. Pour the blended mixture, add a little more coconut water and sabja seeds. Mix everything well. Refreshing and healthy Tadgola Shake is ready 😋 Inspired by @myflavourfuljourney ❤️
